Teaching experiense

I actually taught physical education along the own lesson plan that I thought. For me, this was the first time that I told a child something. A physical educator arranged the class plan. I don’t know whether it is appropriate;it would be interested in children, and would understand the intention of the class.There was uneasiness a lot. As words did not come out when tense, I thought that it was difficult at all to convey that I wanted to say in English briefly for me. Plus, some people was going to see my lesson, which made me more worried.

I introduced a bomb game for the student of the third grade. This game is a popular game as one of the recreation widely in Japan. They turn the ball which is used as a bomb in turn. The person who had a ball when music stopped is a defeat. The loser plays some punishment games that teacher thinks. In the class that I did supplementarily beforehand, I used the stick of the tree in substitution for a ball. However, because I forgot to enphasize explanation, a certain student threw a stick and it hit on the face of other students. Therefore I used the doll in substitution for a stick this time. In addition, I arranged the punishment game for students not to hesitate when they do penalty.

In addition, it had a hard time to think about a warm-up. There is no break time except the lunch break in this elementary school between classes for some reason. It is normal that some students are late for a class. Therefore I cannot cost long time to warm-up so much. And, besides, there is characteristic different from Japan. When they are about to start a new unit, they may often meditate. In addition, it is necessary to methodize the stretch from the head to the nees.Moreover, it was more difficult to explain stretch in English than explaining a concrete rule of the game in English.

But the time for class passed so fast because students enjoyed a game. After all the smile of the student was pretty. I think that I was worth having done the best to see their smile. Some my activities were settled down to this. It was very good experience.
